Turkey Red Heirloom Hard Wheat –  $3.75/lb  $17.50/ 5lb  Great for pizza crust, sourdough or yeasted bread, but as the softest of the hard wheat, also works great for muffins, cookies, pancakes and more!

Sorghum –  $3.50/lb  Rich, sweet flavor, smooth texture, great in gluten free baking.

Buckwheat – $5.00/lb  High in protein, fiber, & vitamins.  Mild nutty flavor that we love for pancakes, waffles, cookies, pizza crust, and quick breads.  Can be used in equal amounts to replace wheat flour in recipes.  Will be a bit denser, but holds together well.
