Koshihikari- Premium Sushi rice, medium grain, chewy. Also a favorite for buddha bowls and with stir fries – SOLD OUT until next harvest
Neches – Long grain, sweet under tones, waxy variety; excellent for sticky rice & sushi, good whole grain breakfast option
Sahbhagi- East Indian, medium grain, earthy undertones. Great with curries & dahl.
Sierra – Long Grain, tender, aromatic basmati-like variety; wonderful for biryani
Brown Rice Grits- Heavenly with coconut oil, delicious sweet or savory; can also be used for polenta
