Ingredients
2 tsp active dry yeast
1 cup warm water
1 tsp agave syrup or maple syrup
2 1/2 cups Purple Mountain Red Hard Wheat Flour
3/4 tsp sea salt
3 tsp high-heat oil, such as sunflower or coconut
Directions:
- Activate yeast in warm water with sweetener for 5-10 minutes
- Stir in remaining ingredients
- Knead dough and add more flour if needed, until soft and smooth
- Put dough in a bowl in a warm place to let rise for 20 minutes
- Roll dough out into desired thickness, into a 14-16″ round
- Add sauce and toppings
- Bake at 435F for 17-18 minutes
