Quick & Easy Pizza Crust


2 tsp active dry yeast
1 cup warm water
1 tsp agave syrup or maple syrup
2 1/2 cups Purple Mountain Red Hard Wheat Flour
3/4 tsp sea salt
3 tsp high-heat oil, such as sunflower or coconut


  1. Activate yeast in warm water with sweetener for 5-10 minutes
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients
  3. Knead dough and add more flour if needed, until soft and smooth
  4. Put dough in a bowl in a warm place to let rise for 20 minutes
  5. Roll dough out into desired thickness, into a 14-16″ round
  6. Add sauce and toppings
  7. Bake at 435F for 17-18 minutes
